Play-to-Grow Group
Led by Heather Harder, OT (Reg. Ont.)
A morning OT group for primary-aged children who benefit from support with fine motor development, sensory regulation, interoception, executive functioning, and social comfort. Weekly activities are varied so children can practice their goals in playful, motivating ways.
Play-to-Grow Group
Led by Heather Harder, OT (Reg. Ont.)
An after-school version of the core OT group, created for children who do best later in the day. Sessions focus on peer connection, whole-body regulation, and practical motor skill building in a warm, low-ratio group environment.
Play-to-Print Group
Led by Heather Harder, OT (Reg. Ont.)
A handwriting-focused group that supports letter formation, visual-motor integration, hand strength, and coordination. Children build printing confidence through playful, structured activities that make fine motor practice more engaging.
Plan-Shop-Snack Group
Led by Danielle Munhoz, OTA
A repeating two-week OTA-led program for older children, typically Grade 6 and up, built around planning and preparing a no-bake snack. In Week 1, children choose a recipe, make a shopping list, practice budgeting, and go grocery shopping for the ingredients, followed by a game and social time together. In Week 2, they use those ingredients to make the snack as a group, while practicing sequencing, organization, fine motor skills, community participation, and cooperative problem-solving in a practical, engaging setting.
